For Organizations: The Fundraising Partnership

Relying on the same fundraiser year after year can get stale. Organizations can lose energy and the community can lose interest.

Hometown Impressions has developed a unique product and process to bring a breath of fresh air back to fundraising. We use a multi-step process to take a traditional product (jigsaw puzzles) and give it a new, unique and local twist that emotionally connects your organization, community and fundraiser for greater interest and engagement.

How it works

Consultation and Creative Strategy

We start with a strategic planning call to discuss your club and the unique character of your community, giving us an opportunity to create a conceptual draft of a jigsaw puzzle for your community.

The Sponsorship Phase

Once the draft is approved, we provide you with a sponsorship package including proof of your puzzle and marketing materials to present to local business owners. You use these materials to seek out sponsorships from local businesses who pay to advertise by having their storefront built into the image.
These sponsorship fees serve the dual purpose of being the first half of your fundraiser, generating a significant portion of income from the project, and serving as a down payment on your puzzle order, helping to ensure the financial success of the overall project.

Design, Integration & Finalization

On completion of the sponsorship drive, we have another meeting to go over the list of businesses to integrate into the puzzle. To ensure every detail is perfect, we allow two revision cycles to finalize the design.

Production & Fulfillment

Upon final design approval, you place your order for the desired quantity. You can begin a community pre-sale campaign while you wait for the puzzles to be printed. And if you sell more puzzles than you ordered, you can simply re-order more.
On completion of your fundraiser, you have generated income from sponsorships (advertising) and from the sale of the puzzles. And your local residents will now have a one-of-a-kind keepsake that they can build and rebuild over the coming years and decades.
